Chloramphenicol Elisa
Description
The chloramphenicol ELISA is used for the quantitative analysis of chloramphenicol residues in tissue (muscle, liver, shrimp, crab, fish), milk, egg, honey, feed, serum, plasma, and urine samples. The kit uses a polyclonal rabbit antibody which shows the following cross-reactivities: chloramphenicol (100%), chloramphenicol-glucuronide (65%), chloramphenicol-base (<1%), thiamphenicol (<1%), and florphenicol (<1%).
