The Neogen® Petrifilm® Bacillus cereus Count (BC) Plate is a selective and differential sample-ready-culture-medium system facilitates colony enumeration in as little as 20 hours. This medium is used for the enumeration of the Bacillus cereus group, also known as the B. cereus sensu lato group, without confirmation in the food and beverage industries. Bacillus cereus is commonly found in soil putting a wide range of foods at risk.
